Cooperation Workshop Taiwan-Germany in Semiconductors / Chip-Design

Printer-friendly versionSend by emailPDF version

A virtual cooperation workshop was held on July 5 and 6, 2023 between German and Taiwanese researchers. The goal of the workshop was to improve the understanding of the respective research in the other country in order to encourage more collaboration. Both BMBF (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung) in Germany and NSTC (National Science and Technology Council) in Taiwan see a potential for increased R&D collaborations between Germany and Taiwan and want to promote this. This virtual workshop was one building block to encourage increased collaboration by presenting some research activities in the two countries.

The registration is now closed as the event has taken place. In case you are interested in the workshop's results please undergo a registration using the form here and we will contact you.

The slides shown in the workshop are available here to all participants using the distributed password.

Hint regarding a submission of a German-Taiwanese joint proposal under the call "DE:Sign"
For German researchers interested in submitting a joint proposal with Taiwanese researchers, BMBF provides specific information (in German) on the BMBF website here below the headline "KOOPERATION MIT TAIWAN".
