They want to maintain their leading position in the world-wide competition for the next semiconductor generation. In the mask center lithographic masks will be developed and samples will be produced, with which silicon wafer are exposed. The three partners have therefore established an equally owned joined venture with the name Advanced Mask Technology Center GmbH & Co. KG.
